Our opending hours are 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 17:00 Saturday, if you send us an e-mail or a fax outside these hours we will respond as quickly as possible on the next business day.

Free of charge delivery of hot tubs, accessories purchased with a hot tub, or accessories valued at over £500.00 inc VAT to a UK mainland address.

Delivery of accessories purchased to a value less than £500.00 inc VAT would be chargeable and the cost will be confirmed at the time of your enquiry.

Any quotations for goods or services issued are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.

We will be pleased to confirm current lead-times for any products at the time of enquiry or on order placement if requested.
