Wet Room Screen System Corner Detail

MAG can specify and supply a wide range of products suitable for use in wet rooms.

We display and sell the leading Impey range of wet room tanking systems. The Impey system consists of a formed under floor tray shaped to the size of wet room area and laid to falls so water falling in the area drains to an outlet drain. The formed under tray is installed into the floor of the room – in a manner to suit site conditions - and an outlet drainage connection is made to waste water drainage. An edge sealing strip is laid around the perimeter of the wet room and dressed into the corners of the room. A bitumen tanking membrane is overlaid onto the formed tray and over the edge sealing strip. Putty and sealant are then used to seal joints and outlets in the tanking material. The installation is then available to be tiled.

All of the items required to carry out a wet room installation are supplied as a complete kit specified by us to suit to the location in which it is to be used. Full instructions are included with each kit supplied to enable the wet room system to be installed.

The Impey under trays are available in sizes, shapes and styles to suit most varieties of shower installations and room configurations.

We can also supply a range of waste outlets designed to solve all wet room drainage issues and floor / joist / slab configurations. We can also supply a pumped waste outlet for wet room installations where the waste outlet has to be installed below normal drainage level or in basements.
